I noticed yesterday that the fabulous Mosquito Deleto had stopped functioning. After some investigation, I determined that the little fan that sucks the cute little blood-sucking and/or biting bugs in had died.
So, this AM, I disassembled and stuffed it back into it's box, found the receipt (a major chore, worthy of it's own novella, with surprise ending), and trundled it all back to Lowe's to get a replacement.
The replacement was another Mosquito Deleto - by my choice.
Why? Because I haven't been bit more than twice on my fabulous deck in the back yard since I installed the sucker. It just plain works. The catcher bag always has gazillions of the little gnats in it, and I can sit in my chair, beer in hand, on my deck, in my own back yard, and NOT get bit.
If this one holds together, the Mosquito Deleto will get the OWW seal of approval. If it doesn't, I may take it completely apart, make a few design changes, and then nag Coleman about their crappy design work.
After all that, I took MeelieNoh off to the roller-skating place so that she could show me how she can do a full circle after going "really fast, Daddy, watch!" - seventeen times. And I applauded - 17 times.
