Riiiight!
Saturday: T-ball for Meelie-Noh at 9AM. Softball for Chickie at 9AM, then again at 11AM. Run to WallyWorld for supplies at 12:30PM for stuff for the Pool party for the softball team (10 girls aged 8 to 11) at 4PM.
Nonetheless, a good time had by all.
The softball girls welcomed their little brothers and sisters into the party, so there were about 20 kids sloshing around in the hosts' pool. They were also scheming to toss Coach into the pool. He, being a wily and crafty sort, led them on merry, screeching chases around the yard at least four times. They did get him, though - in the living room of the hosts' house, they piled on him and tickled him until he moaned for mercy.
Today will be the End-Of-Season party for the T-ball crew (4 to 7 year-olds). This will be in a local park, with a bounce-house, snacks, games and other stuff. At least this one doesn't start until 1PM.
We're really looking forward to weekends with no planned group activities...
