- - - - - Newsweek Lied, People Died - - - - -
First of all, from the Associated Press, HERE is the MSM (Main-Stream Media) story on what Newsweek has done.
This is not just "treason", as opined HERE.
It is an incitement to riot and murder.
I'm going to put a caveat up here - I am expressing my OPINION, I am NOT making, or reporting news.
IN MY OPINION, Newsweek, from top to bottom, is obviously guilty of:
1. Violation of journalistic ethics - they didn't verify. 2. Incitement to riot. 3. Incitement to murder. 4. Deliberately putting US citizens, both military and civilian, at risk. 5. Giving aid and comfort to enemies of the United States of America.
Number 1 is slimy. Numbers 2,3,4 and 5 are criminal. (Not that we'll see indictments... not a single flaming prayer, dammitallanyway!)
I call shame upon Newsweek. They are no longer worthy of our trust. They are no longer worthy of being called "journalists". They are not even in the same class as the National Enquirer. They are, instead, the lowest of the low. They are gutter-snipes. They are pond-scum.
And, they certainly not worth a plugged nickel.
Scrooom.
More to the point, why should I trust any outlet of the MSM? After Dan Rather, after refusal to seriously dig into the Swift Boat Veterans? After the "horrors" of Abu Ghraib? After the non-reportage of mass murder by Saddam Hussein and his thugs? After the non-reportage of the Oil for Food scandal? And now, after the manufactured "news" of the "desecration of the Koran"?
Newsweek, through their sheer incompetence, through their eagerness to tear down American ideals, has shown itself unworthy of my respect, unworthy of my trust in their probity.
In short, Newsweek lied, and people died.
