Twenty years ago, if someone had told me that in 2005 we'd be looking at THIS in the news, as serious news, I'd have asked for some of whatever that person had been smoking and/or injecting.
In 1985, Bulgaria was a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kremlin, Inc., and pretty much run by the KGB.
I guess the collapse of the Evil Empire really is complete, but I'm still shaking my head in absolute wonder.
