You might remember Kathleen Harris, who was the Florida Secretary of State in 2000. Well, now she's a Congresswoman, running for re-election.
So, she's out there campaigning, and this Cadillac Democrat runs his car right at her. She didn't get a scratch, and Barry Seltzer, who was "exercising his political expression", is in the Sarasota, Florida lockup.
