- - - - - The "Missing" 380 Tons of Explosives - - - - -
Speaking of the NY Times, it would appear that they have jumped the gun yet again.
According to CBS News (HERE), the 3rd Infantry Division was busy searching al Qa Qaa on April 4th, the day after they arrived. The IEAC last visited the site Feb 18th, so Saddam's people had at least 10 days to organize a removal of the stuff.
Now this begs the question: is this "sloppy" journalism, or a deliberate "hit piece"?
Whichever it is, the NY Times has about as much credibility as Dan Rather, which ain't much.
