This article is dated 10 July 2004, so I don't know if it passed, or not. And if it did pass, has it been tested in court yet? Somebody want to let me know?
In any case, Tim-boy, suppose that you and your froot-loop buddies get together and buy that land, and restrict yourselves to ten percent, hmmmm?
