According to the Weather Channel and NOAA (see the NOAA chart HERE) Hurricane Frances will still make landfall south of Cape Canaveral. However, after she hits land, she will then make a sharp northerly turn, and churn right through central Florida. OWW's place (aka The Swamp) will likely get some wind and lots of rain.
We're still watching Frances very closely. Although she's been down-rated from a Cat 4 to a Cat 3, she's still very dangerous, packing winds of up to 130MPH as far out as 80 miles from the eye. That's close enough to me to get my undivided attention.
