Popeye The Sailor Man has gone back to school. Tired of lending money to Wimpy, fending off the advances of Olive Oyl, and watching his back because of Bluto, Popeye decided to attend MIT to study the possibilities of powering his laptop with spinach.
"We'll miss him around here," said Wimpy, "he's always good for a 'burger, and I can repay him on Tuesday."
"I was certainly surprised," said Miss Oyl, "he never expressed an interest in school before. Why, I didn't find out about this until I saw this article!"
This reporter attempted to interview Mr. Bluto, but was ....unable to approach him due to high winds with attendant flying objects.
