Just talked to bro-in-law Brian. He, the Mrs, and 2 kids are now leaving Cocoa to come up to OWW's place (AKA The Swamp) to take refuge from Frances.
The current projected track for Frances shows her coming ashore a little south of Cocoa/Cocoa Beach, grinding north-west through central and northwest Florida and then going into Alabama as a tropical depression.
It looks as though SE Georgia has dodged the bullet again.
