They say that New York is a tough place to make a living. In fact, in New York City, "TLC" does not stand for "Tender Loving Care".

You don't think so? Check out what happened to Mike Wallace, 87 years old, who's been working the TV news magazine "60 Minutes" for the longest time. See it HERE.

There's another way you know that New York is a tough town - The "Taxi and Limousine Commission" has "peace officers" with the power to arrest you, put the cuffs on you, and send you off to the lockup for a while.

That's right, the "Taxi and Limousine Commission" has their own cops!

Remind me, if I ever express a wish to live in NYC, that the citizenry has to be protected from evil taxi drivers and vicious limousine thugs by armed TLC cops.

By the way, Wallace wasn't driving the limo. He was a passenger...
