The source for my previous post has informed all his readers that the article in question was meant to be satire, and in fact, was labeled as such.
And it was, in small letters, at the very bottom of the post.
OOooo....he got me good. REAL good. I'll have to think up something special, just for him. Something with hair. Something with legs. Something that'll have him frothing at the mouth, and then laughing hysterically.
The sad part is, I believe that the Ninth Circuit is capable of pulling this kind of bullshit. Their rulings have been over-turned by the Supremes more frequently than any other two Circuit Courts.
