On Monday last (Dec 22nd) our San Jose, CA townhouse went on the market.
On Tuesday last (Dec 23rd) that townhouse sold, for an insane amount. I mean, it's a townhouse, for cryin' out loud!
We'll take it.
Now, on this day, we found a place to bid on here in SouthEast Georgia. For less than half the price we sold the San Jose place for. Geez, this is hard to take.
I hate it when I giggle in public.
