There's not going to be much activity here over the next few days. T-day is coming up, and OWW has a truly vicious cold - so I feel crappy, I want to curl up in the corner and moan, but I have make nice to everyone, or at least be polite.
On top of which, the various house inspectors (Termite, Home Inspection, Radon) have been here. Well the Radon guy's sampler/tester/electronic Fiendish Thingie is still here. He'll pick that one up on Monday.
So far, it looks like our outside balcony is going to have to be replaced. Foo. Whata a PITA. The rest of it is minor stuff.
We'll just have to see, on the rest of it.
