Every so often I get down in the dumps.
Not often, and not for long, thank goodness.
But today is one of those days.
I feel stupid. Incompetent. Not able to get anything to go my way. Ineffective. Ugly. Wimpy. Lousy. Inept. Less than stellar. Unable to tie my own shoelaces. Unworthy. All of the feelings that make one feel short enough to walk underneath the door.
This is one of those days.
I know that tomorrow will be better.
But today is the shits.
