Nancy, our Realtor, is now On The Job, and you would not believe all the paper we've had to sign! Disclosures for asbestos, lead-based paint, water damage, mold, noisy neighbors, and a partridge in a pear tree. Affirmations for distance to major traffic arterys, authorizations for inspectors, declaimers for free speech provisions, denials of revolutionary activity, and promises of abatement for the eventuality that the partridge in the pear tree might be a little noisy. Sheesh!
There's something to be said for igloos - the suckers melt away come spring-time!
