A Reuters article at News.Com (link HERE) has Microsoft moaning a bit about "unfair competition". Yeah, right.
Actually, Microsoft might have a point - a very small one. Read the article, then you decide.

OK, the Fabulous Recall is heating up a bit. In the last week, Arnold Schwarzenegger (top Republican candidate) got hit by an egg while at a campaign stop down in S. California - and that made front-page news. He also got protested by NOW for his language and attitude towards women - 30+ years ago. Remember that NOW also supported Bill Clinton, even when his personal actions with subordinates would have got him fired in any remotely normal job.
Cruz Bustamante (leading Democrat candidate and current Lt. Gov.) found a way around the campaign funds limits laws, and managed to get Lots of Dough ($2 million) from the various Indian tribes that have casino operations in this state. Bustamante says that they're "giving respect" for the respect that he's already given them. Hmmm....smells fishy to me. Late news: Bustamente has moved to funds over to the No on Proposition 54 campaign. It still smells, badly.
OWW's Disclaimer: OWW does not beleive that Gray Davis (current Governor) has provably done/committed any impeachable act, and therefore, a recall election is not warranted. That being said, I will vote against the recall, but will vote for a candidate. I haven't decided which candidate. Contradictory? That's the way the world is, haven't you noticed?

24 Spam items. The count has remained pretty consistent for the last six months. This is to an address that is NOT widely publicised. My public address (Ward_G1@Yahoo.com) gets LOTS more than this - on the order of 60 - 100 per 24-hour period.
