The National Do-Not-Call Registry has been stopped again, by a different judge, this time on Constitutional Free Speech grounds. Story HERE.

Listen up, chowderhead. I'm in the privacy of MY home, that I am paying for, with a telephone service this is paid for by ME.
YOU are invading my privacy. YOU want to sell me something. YOU want to do this using MY equipment, using the service that I pay for. Your call to me is NOT Free Speech. I regard your call to me as Theft of Services, and I will treat you as the despicable miscreant that you are.
I don't like you. I don't want to talk to you. I will be rude. I will be obnoxious. I will hang up as soon as I hear your miserable whiney voice.
Aaaannnnnd, I will be writing letters (real ones, on paper), outlining my reasoning, and my outrage, to the two judges involved in this revolting mess. With copies to my Congress critter, both my Senators, and the President.
