- - - - - Martha Stewart - - - - -
DISCLAIMER: I am not a Martha Stewart fan. I do not buy or read "Martha Stewart Living". Her voice is irritates me, and the idea that she can improve my interior decor and/or my culinary skill is mystifying. Now, on with the show.
For a quick review: Martha Stewart has been charged with securities fraud. The core of the charge is that she attempted to manipulate the price of the shares in her company by publicly declaring her innocence! (Story HERE). I remember thinking, when the charges were made, that this particular theory of criminal justice was kind of convoluted and brass ackwards.
Now I'm really angry. We the taxpayers actually pay this nitwit James B. Comey, the current U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York, to behave like the Constitution doesn't exist?
Grrrr.....
