'Way back in 1999, Tony Martin, a farmer in Great Britain, caught a pair of burglars in the act in his house. One burglar killed, the other wounded. Mr. Martin was convicted of manslaughter and sent to prison. Now, having served enough time to be eligible for parole, he can't get sprung. Story HERE.
