Hizzoner the Guv (Gray Davis) is facing a recall election. Of course, the Dems are howling in outrage that the Republicans don't like Hizzoner (Gasp! What a Big Surprise!), and would like to boot him out. And, of course, the Republicans are Simply Aghast that the Secretary of State (elective office in Calif, held by a Democrat) would try to rig the timing of the recall election to favor Hizzoner.
A plague on both their houses. I may vote for Alfred E. Neuman......
