- - - - - SPAM and the Average Guy - - - - -
I tend to think of myself as being just an Anverage Guy. I like to do Average Guy things, like sit on my butt and watch my kids run themselves ragged chasing the dog, each other, the neighbor kids, "roly-poly" bugs, riding bicycles, riding scooters, things like that.
Every once in a while, I check out a few web-sites, and check my email. In the last 24 hour period (17 May 2003), I received 25 spams. This count is up just a bit from the 10 I received on 1 May. Dreadfully annoying.
I predict that someone, somewhere, will find a known spammer walking down the street, recognize him/her, and beat the holy living snot out of him/her.
I will cheer!
