In my opinion, this utter nonsense is the one of the big reasons we've got problems with the educational system today. Kids LOVE unstructured, cluttered, mostly un-supervised play time. Shoot, I remember mine with a great big grin. There were only three rules:
1. Don't deliberately hurt someone.
2. Don't mouth off to the teacher who's the playground monitor.
3. Don't run off into the street if the ball goes over the fence.
Grrrrrr....I just know that the school boards in California are gonna pick this one up. As if we didn't already have enough problems......
