Abu Abbas, planner of the Achille Lauro hijacking back in 1985, was living, quite openly, in Baghdad. Abu Nidal was living quite openly in Baghdad until he "committed suicide".
Iraq was functioning as a safe haven for terrorists. Right now, it's not functioning at all.
Syria, Iran, Libya and others really should take note. It ain't healthy to provide safe haven for terrorists.
