Some Belgian doctors who are resident in Baghdad want to try Gen. Franks at the International Criminal Court for "War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity". See the story here.
Now then, just where were those socially concious and oh-so-concerned physicians while Saddam was busy waging war on Iran and Kuwait? Where were they while Saddam killed off his own countrymen at a great rate?
Did you know that Congress has specifically authorized "any means necessary" to rescue Americans being tried by the ICC?
