- - - - - Future Diplomacy - - - - -

Victor Davis Hanson, writing for the National Review, has some interesting comments about diplomacy in the post-Iraqi-spanking period. And he makes some very valid points.

Although he just touches on this in passing, one of the biggest points he makes is that Joe Everyman, US citizen, is getting just a wee bit tired of the UN.

I do not advocate withdrawing from the United Nations. I am, however, beginning to think that the UN should find a new home. Like in Switzerland. Or Belgium. Or the Central African Republic. Or some other such garden spot that ain't in my backyard?

I know, I'm a NIMBYist. So what?
