After some months of running without any difficulties, both SWMBO and me have had our Win2K Pro systems become... not quite there. The difficulty showed up in Internet Explorer, mostly, with other apps showing oddities. The systems didn't die, they just weren't quite..... right.
Old Wierd Ward's universal solution to this is to apply the most recently used Windows Service Pack, so that's what I did and.....
