Human Shields - Dumb, Dumber, Dumbest. Sitting in front of known targets? No great loss, these folks. Candidates for the Darwin Awards.
Destruction of Missiles - Sure. Now Saddam decides to destroy them. After all, they've only been on the prohibited list for how long?
