Went looking to send a "notice of response" to Chris Ward-Johnson and to Robert Bruce Thompson, and wouldn't you know? There is no easy to find email address for either one of them? At least, there's not an email address on THEIR pages. I, of course, have an email address on MY "blog" page, and I, of course, actively solicit comments. And yes, that's a gratuitous slam.
Bah! Humbug! (It is the season for Bah Humbug, right?)
